Our suite is a space where everyone feels empowered, pampered, and transformed- whether you’re getting a trim or a total makeover. WIG/LACE DROP OFFS -Please be sure to drop your wig/lace piece off 2 to 3 days prior to your appointment. -Drop off hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM. Label the hair bag with your name and date of appointment. DEPOSIT -All deposits are non-refundable -If rescheduled with a 2 day notice, deposit can be used for the same month LATE ARRIVAL -You have a 10 minute grace period.After that you will be charged a $15 late fee. -After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled SQUEEZE INS -Appointments outside of business hours result in a $50 fee -Same day customization result in a $50 feeBusiness Hours

Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. the extension affair has a 30% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify the extension affair at (515) 895-9175 or theextensionaffair@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
